Tel-A-Tend Emergency Handling

Tel-A-Tend provides monitoring and assurance to a senior citizen or shut-in individual so they may continue living in their own home.

Tel-A-Tend raises an alarm if the person called does not pick up the phone. It also raises an alarm if the person called does not hang up the phone. This occurs when the person falls and either knocks the phone off the hook or falls when they are trying to put the phone back on the hook.

Phone machines?  No problem!  Tel-A-Tend is phone machine compatible.

Each client can have a custom digitally recorded messages so there is no problem having multilingual messages. Or you might decide to have relatives record the message so the client is asked by a loved ones voice: "Hi grandma, the computer is just checking up on you again".
